.. written accolades don't do Ms CARLA WILLIAMSON justice. She posted our home "For Sale" on the internet Tuesday after Labor Day and we received a request for an hour-long showing that SAME evening. Upshot is the "potentials" turned into giving us a binding contract the very NEXT day. Carla worked out the details, worked through some bumps in the road, and brought us to the closing table only days after the worst hurricane in the history of this area had passed through upending many lives and situations BUT NOT THE CLOSING of the house where we resided for 20+ years. We learned a lot from the process but MOST OF ALL we learned patience from this lady with her persistent positive-leading-forward attitude. BOTTOM LINE ... we have gained a lifelong friend to journey with us as life goes on.
